How can I confirm or decline an appointment request?

There are two ways to do this:

by clicking on "(amount) pending appointments"
When you have pending appointments, you see in the topmenu behind the menuoption "Appointments" the number of pending appointments. By clicking on "Appointments" you get the list of unconfirmed appointments. You can now confirm or decline each appointment request. If needed, you can state a reason for confirming or declining an appointment. This text will be entered in the e-mail or sms that is send to the customer. Confirm the confirmation or dismissal by clicking on "Confirm this appointment" or "Decline this appointment".

Click on an appointment in the calendar. The appointment details are now shown at the left side of the calendar. At the bottom of the appointment details are a few options listed. Choose "Confirm" or "Decline". You can now choose if you want to confirm or decline the appointment request. If needed, you can state a reason for confirming or declining the appointment. This text will be entered in the e-mail or sms that is send to the customer. Confirm the confirmation or dismissal by clicking on "Confirm this appointment" or "Decline this appointment".
